The process
From payment to activated app
Copy your HW-CODE
Open Download SIU on your PC and go to Settings → Copy HWID. It's a 16-character code unique to that machine.
Pay through Stripe
Enter your email and that code, then complete checkout on Stripe. Your card details never reach us.
Paste your license
The code appears on screen instantly and lands in your inbox. Paste it into Settings → Activate License and you're done.
Already paid? Get your license back.
Stripe redirects you to a success page where the license is generated automatically. If you closed that tab, or you're setting up again, retrieve it here with your email and HW-CODE.

No. Each plan is a one-off payment that adds a fixed amount of time to your license. Nothing renews on its own and there is no subscription to cancel.
It's a 16-character fingerprint of your computer, generated locally by the app. Open Download SIU, go to Settings → Copy HWID, and paste it into the checkout form. It's what binds the license to your machine.
A license activates on one PC. If you've genuinely changed machines, write to us with your email and both hardware codes and we'll look at it case by case.
First check your inbox and spam folder — it's emailed automatically. Then use the Retrieve my license button above with the same email and HW-CODE you used at checkout. If it's still missing, contact us with your Stripe receipt and we'll sort it out.
Licenses are digital goods delivered instantly, so refunds are reviewed case by case. If something genuinely went wrong — a payment that produced no license, or a technical problem we can't fix — tell us and we'll review it fairly. See the refund policy for the full wording.
